Are you seeking full time work in a medical office setting? Four Season Medical PLLC is hiring for an administrative assistant role. The primary duties include office, paper and computer work. Please note this is an assistant level, not manager level position. This job is ideal for any person who is looking for an entry level position in Medical Office Administration. Recent college graduates or those without college education should not be deterred from applying. Attitude and capability are more important than education for this position. Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist or Administrative Assistant is very helpful, but not required.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite, Email, Internet, PDF documents)
