Full Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the director including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, completes expense reports.
Composing and preparing correspondence that it sometimes confidential, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, agendas and compiling.
Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis as instructed by director.
Coordinating sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Coordinating with sales team, CRM, purchase manager and accounts.
Responsible for sales and promotional activities.
Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports and provide financial information to the accounts department.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3-4 years experience in EA and Administration.
The ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills.
Problem solving and leadership skills.
