Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. This pivotal role requires a blend of professionalism, efficiency, and discretion. Key Responsibilities:
• Calendar Management: Manage the CEO’s calendar with precision, coordinating all professional and personal scheduling, including meetings, events, and travel.
• Communication Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for the CEO, handling all forms of communication with discretion and professionalism.
• Meeting and Event Planning: Organize meetings and events, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed seamlessly, from venue selection to agenda preparation.
• Travel Arrangements: Coordinate all aspects of travel for the CEO, including booking flights and accommodations, ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience.
• Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
• Project Management Support: Provide support on various strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and deadlines.
• Confidentiality Maintenance: Uphold strict confidentiality on all business matters, demonstrating integrity and discretion at all times.
• Executive Support: Provide direct support to the CEO, facilitating the efficient use of their time and resources.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in managing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the operational efficiency of the executive office.
• Professional Development: Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the support provided to the CEO.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an executive support role, preferably within IT Industry.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
