What role will you play?
Your key role will be to support one Executive, and also support 2 additional Director’s with diary and expense management. Your role will be varied, and you will support with extensive diary management, inbox triage, organising travel, assisting with the preparations of meeting agendas and packs, tracking actions, document creation and delegating appropriate approvals and managing sign off’s.
You will attend leadership team meetings and offsites. Event preparation and management will also form part of your role.
You'll be responsible for assisting the wider leadership team with ad-hoc requests and provide some wider team support such as room bookings, ordering technology, setting up new starters, and organising team wide events and act as the key point of contact for key vendors / account managers for ad-hoc requests.
Part of your role will also include supporting and guiding other assistants in the team.
What you offer
7+ years of experience in a similar role
Proactive Executive Assistant approach, working autonomously with exceptional organisation skills and the ability to prioritise
Work well under time pressure and escalate as appropriate in a solutions-based manner
Outstanding stakeholder management with the ability to liaise, interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at an executive level and build rapport with their respective teams.
