Job Description
You will be a part of core team and manage daily training operations including scheduling meetings, sending eMails in large volume, handling client conversations, having training material delivered, invoicing and other admin tasks. This role demands extremely good communication skills, very high responsiveness, ability to multi task and manage several priorities at the same time You should be very good in MS Outlook, Zoom, Teams and other tools You Should Have - Hands-on experience in scheduling -\
Ability to talk to senior clients - Handle different prioritites and bring peopel to sam page - Get things done - Very high follow Up skills - Very good verbal and written communcation What Will A Day Look Like
1. Standup meting on tasks of the day
2. Work with learners and coacheees to scheudl time
3. Follow up on sessions
4. Prepare daily/Weekly and Monthly reports on sessions delivered
5. Work with vendors and clients to have training material delivered in different part s of the world
6. Being a core part of team, strategize on how to further
