Roles & Responsibilities:

Assisting to the company Director/CEO in various manners.
Manage calendars and set up meeting, conferences etc.
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
Make travel and accommodation arrangement.
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Daily/weekly report from employees.
Daily/monthly MIS.
Organize and maintain the office filing system.
Prepare reports or presentations as assigned.
Coordinating office day to day operation.
Handle confidential documents ensuring their confidentiality.
Assist with Administrative support.
