We are seeking a highly organised and motivated person to provide exceptional executive administration support to the Mayor, Councillors and Executive Manager Corporate Governance and Risk.

As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing correspondence, diary and task management, conference attendance and travel arrangements, overseeing the Councillor Portal, and all administrative tasks relating to Council meetings and briefings, including minute taking.

Our ideal candidate will have proven executive support experience, strong organisational skills, the ability to communicate at a high level with elected representatives and relevant stakeholders, discretion with confidential information, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and have a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Knowledge of the local government functions and relevant policies and procedures will be highly regarded.

Commencing salary range from $73,160.88 - $77,63+.12 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
