Your New Role
As Executive Assistant, you’ll provide high‑level, professional support to the Chief Risk Officer and the Group Risk leadership team. You’ll play a critical role in enabling the smooth operation of the Group Risk domain, partnering closely with senior leaders, other Executive Assistants and Team Coordinators across the fund. In this dynamic role, you’ll also be a People Leader to a Team Coordinator, guiding them and ensuring their work aligns seamlessly with the needs of the Group Risk Leadership Team and Domain.
This is a senior, trusted role that requires discretion, initiative and the ability to confidently manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key duties include but are not limited to;
Providing end‑to‑end executive administration support to the Chief Risk Officer, including complex diary, meeting and travel management.
Coordinating calendars, forums and meetings for Group Risk and senior leadership teams, ensuring papers and materials are prepared to a high standard.
Managing records, minutes, executive reporting and documentation in line with governance and best‑financial‑ interests obligations.
Supporting financial administration including invoice processing, purchase orders and corporate card reconciliation.
Preparing and formatting executive, board and committee papers, presentations and reports.
Leading coordination of Group Risk events, offsites, team days and conferences.
Driving continuous improvement of administrative processes to build efficient, sustainable ways of working.
Leading and developing Team Coordinator(s) and fostering a strong service‑oriented culture.
What You’ll Need
Significant experience as a senior Executive Assistant supporting C‑suite or equivalent leaders.
Proven background working in complex, fast‑paced environments such as financial services or professional services.
Advanced capability across Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
Exceptional organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
A proactive, resilient and adaptable approach, with sound judgement and discretion.
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of an organisation .
