Managing professional and personal scheduling for executives, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics
Coordinating complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives
Managing, coordinating, and arranging senior executives' travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination
Performing administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, scanning, faxing, filing, and copying
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
Performing research and analysis on various topics as required
Preparing and editing correspondence, communications and presentations
Establishing and administering procedures and guidelines for administrative tasks
Providing support for miscellaneous requests, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
