Responsibilities

Full Time/Part Time: Full Time

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am – 4pm

Required Travel: Limited to travel sites required

Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital executives, managing their schedules, communication, and appointments

Coordinate and manage executive meetings, conferences, and video calls, ensuring effective time management

Draft, edit, and proofread executive-level emails, memos, reports, and documents

Ensure all communication is professional and accurately represents the voice and priorities of the executive team

Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) and hospital databases, adhering to healthcare regulations and ensuring data accuracy and integrity

Generate and compile reports, data analyses, and presentations for executive decision-

Take ownership of special projects and strategic initiatives, conducting research, data analysis, and presenting findings to hospital executives

Manage and oversee departmental budgets, track expenses, and prepare detailed financial reports for the executive team

Coordinate and manage office equipment, including scheduling maintenance and repairs as needed

Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to lower-level administrative staff, fostering their professional growth and development

Assist in the onboarding of new administrative team members and contribute to their training

Handle sensitive and highly confidential information with the utmost discretion, ensuring all matters remain confidential and protected

What You Will Do
