We are looking for an Female Executive Assistant who is detail-oriented, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our executive team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and facilitating communication within the organization.
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Conduct research and compile data for reports, meetings, and presentations.
Act as a liaison between executives and other staff members, clients, and external partners.
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
