The role of Executive Assistant:
Comprehensive Executive support including diary management, travel, expenses, and correspondence.
Project assistance including coordinating workshops, managing invites and agendas, and preparation of presentation materials.
Organisation of internal events, e.g. regional and global team meetings.
Ad hoc admin assistance to wider team if needed.
The ideal Executive Assistant:
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant within a start-up / scale-up business is a necessity.
