o Preparation of Monthly MIS reports:

â–ª SBU wise performance & resource utilization

â–ª Vertical SBG Group performance

â–ª Monthly project performance report

â–ª Analysing budget vs actual variance

o Forecasting Quarterly expected Sales & PBIT for management commentary

â–ª Forecasting project wise sales & PBIT

â–ª Analysing budget vs actual variance

o Preparing IND-AS 115 workings for Contract Accounting

â–ª Supporting project in preparing Contract Value and Cost to Complete

â–ª Monitoring activity wise actual costs & commitment

â–ª Working out Cost Progress for sales accounting

o Embedded Derivatives Accounting
