The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi

Working closely with the Chief Executive requires agility, flexibility and exceptional organisational, co-ordination and communication skills. As the Executive Assistant, you will contribute to the organisation's operational excellence and support the senior leadership team in navigating the complexities of working in the homelessness and mental health sectors.

This role will include:

Providing proactive assistance and administrative support to the Chief Executive and the wider LinkPeople leadership team when required.

Managing projects including planning, risk and budget management, task management, documentation and delivery.

Organising and maintaining important documents and records.

Preparing and coordinating strategic meetings and events including agenda setting, minute keeping and booking accommodation, flights and catering.

You | Mōu

Excellent attention to detail and ability to co-ordinate projects.

Strong time management, organisation and file maintenance skills.

Proven event management skills.

Communications or marketing experience is a plus.

Previous experience in a similar role within the health or housing sector.

Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

Full New Zealand driver licence.
