Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to join our L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division. Reporting into the Managing Director for the division, you will also provide seamless support to our broader management committee in a supportive and collaborative environment.

ABOUT THE JOB

Manage complex calendars and schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports with meticulous attention to detail.
Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.
Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing inquiries and ensuring effective communication flow.
Collaborate with other assistants and team members to maintain a cohesive and productive work environment.
Complete ad hoc tasks as required for project based requests.
Coordinate and arrange external events including divisional conferences.
ABOUT YOU

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Coordinator or Administrative Assistant within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
