Your Job
Proactively manage calendars, emails, and priorities for leaders to support timely decision-making.
Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, committees, and quarterly events, ensuring logistics and documentation are in place.
Organize business travel and handle expense reports, reimbursements, and payments with accuracy.
Support administrative processes related to recruitment in collaboration with Human Resources.
Oversee a high volume of invoice approvals, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
Suggest process improvements and contribute to the team’s operational efficiency.
Your Team
The Lending and Credit Strategy Vice-Presidency is a dedicated team that supports the growth and sound management of commercial lending portfolios. Within this sector, you’ll be part of a large, dynamic team reporting to two Vice-Presidents. Prerequisites
Completed professional or college diploma (or academic equivalency) and at least three years of relevant experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
Experience supporting senior leadership – an asset.
Strong adaptability, autonomy, and sense of initiative.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
