· Position: EA (Executive Assistant)
· Work Timings: Mon to Fri (+:30am – 6:00pm) Sat (+:30am – 2pm
· Location: Mumbai, Andheri-West
· Job Type: Full-Time
· Salary: As per industry standards
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to our Director. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Handle email and phone communication on behalf of the director
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations
Maintain confidential records and documents
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office coordination
Assist in event planning, meetings, and office tasks as needed
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Educational Qualifications:
Graduate, Fresher
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
