Job Description: Executive Assistant (Export Channel Partner Industry)
Position Overview:
V Global, a prominent player in the export services sector of the international trade industry, is actively searching for a seasoned and proficient Executive Assistant to join our vibrant team. This role is crucial as the Executive Assistant will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive administrative assistance to the Business Owner, ensuring seamless operations, and bolstering the success of our export channel partner business. Key Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Be the single point of coordination for the CEO — ensuring commitments, meetings, and follow-ups are on track.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners across different time zones.
Maintain task and follow-up systems so nothing slips through the cracks.
Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations using MS Office (especially Excel & Word).
Conduct online research to support strategic projects.
Manage day-to-day priorities with precision and urgency.
Occasionally assist in coordinating personal and logistical matters to ensure the CEO’s schedule runs smoothly.
What Makes You a Fit
2–5 years as EA, office coordinator, or in high-responsibility administrative roles.
Proven follow-up skills — you never lose track of what needs to be done.
Excellent communication in English (spoken & written).
Fast Typing & Short Hand
Strong MS Office skills — Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Word, and online research.
Steady career history (no frequent job-hopping).
Mature, reliable, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Reside within 30 minutes of Kandivali East.

Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Business Owner, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel plans.
Prepare and refine documents, presentations, and reports for both internal and external distribution, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Manage incoming communications, such as emails and phone calls, and handle them appropriately with confidentiality and discretion.
Communication and Liaison:
Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, representing the Business Owner with professionalism and respect.
Facilitate smooth communication between the Business Owner and team members, ensuring timely dissemination of information and alignment of goals.
Draft, review, and proofread correspondence on behalf of the Business Owner, maintaining high standards of accuracy and clarity.
Qualifications:
Organization and Time Management:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an executive support role, preferably in the export or international trade sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and professionalism.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in a hybrid (physical + remote) work environment preferred.
