Description
The Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative support to the [Executive's Title] and other senior management team members as needed. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people and programs.
- **Executive Support:** Provide comprehensive support to the [Executive's Title], including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- **Communication:** Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence, emails, phone calls, and meeting requests.
- **Meeting Management:** Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings; take detailed minutes and follow up on action items.
- **Project Management:** Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- **Document Preparation:** Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- **Event Coordination:** Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and other arrangements.
- **Administrative Duties:** Handle day-to-day office tasks such as filing, managing office supplies, processing expenses, and maintaining organized records.
- **Confidentiality:** Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to the executive and the company.
### **Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1 years+ of experience in an executive assistant role supporting C-level executives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism.
