Job Description
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support to the [Executive's Title], including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence, emails, phone calls, and meeting requests.

- Project Management: Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and other arrangements.
- Administrative Duties: Handle day-to-day office tasks such as filing, managing office supplies, processing expenses, and maintaining organized records.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to the executive and the company.
### Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1 years+ of experience in an executive assistant role supporting C-level executives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
