Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
Coordinate with internal teams and external clients.
Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups on behalf of management.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
Maintain records, files, and confidential data
Assist in travel planning and scheduling
Take meeting notes (MOM) and track action items.
Requirements:
1–4 years of experience as Executive Assistant / Admin role
Good communication (verbal & written)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information
Smart, proactive, and problem-solving attitude
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with senior management
Basic knowledge of scheduling tools / CRM
Good coordination and follow-up skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
