The ideal candidate will ensure efficient daily operations, manage internal and external communications, and handle administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment

Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, managing their schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements

Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments, ensuring all logistics are organized

Handle incoming communications (emails, phone calls, inquiries), prioritize them, and respond or escalate as needed

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

Assist in preparing meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings

Conduct research and compile data for projects and reports

Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible and well-organized

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives, fostering strong relationships

The ideal candidate will ensure efficient daily operations, manage internal and external communications, and handle administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, managing their schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments, ensuring all logistics are organized.
