About RSPCA Victoria

RSPCA Victoria is a non-government, community-based, not-for-profit organisation whose vision is ‘ending cruelty to all animals’. We are Victoria’s best-known and most respected animal welfare organisation.

Our organisation’s purpose is to work with the community to achieve outstanding animal welfare through education, advocacy, and animal care and protection. RSPCA Victoria’s values - clarity and accountability, respect and consideration, and expertise and collaboration - set clear expectations for all our staff and volunteers.

About the Role

Are you a high energy, creative thinker with a passion for getting things done? Do you thrive by bringing order and impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? If so, we have the perfect job for you!

RSPCA (Victoria) is looking for an Executive Assistant to work closely with our Head of Corporate Services (HOCS). But this role is more than your average Executive Assistant role. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to think outside the box and contribute to innovative solutions to complex problems. We want someone who can think on their feet, bring fresh ideas to the table, and get stuff done.

As the right-hand to the HOCS, you will be responsible for providing high-level executive admin support. You'll need to be a master of organisation and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will have exceptional people skills in building strong relationships, be highly observant, intuitive, and curious. Anticipating needs, taking ownership, and seeing things through will be a hallmark of your style.

Your character and cultural fit are important as we pride ourselves on our great work culture, where everyone is encouraged to bring their unique talents and personalities to the table. We believe that a fun and supportive workplace leads to better outcomes for animals, our community and each other, and we're looking for someone who shares that philosophy.

If you're a super-organised, can-do person, with a great sense of fun, we want to hear from you!

Why you’ll love working with us

Encouraged work-life balance and a broad range of leave entitlements, including monthly RDO’s, additional leave (6 days per year pro-rata), purchased leave, paid parental leave, study leave and paid family and domestic violence leave.

Generous discount on products and services, including Royal Canin pet food, Hush Puppies footwear and RSPCA Victoria retail and vet clinic products / services.

Salary packaging and novated lease arrangements on offer with leading provider, Maxxia.

Recruitment Requirements
