Join Macquarie’s Personal Banking division as a Senior Executive Assistant supporting the Division Head, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Broker Sales in our Personal Banking Division.

As an Executive Assistant supporting a dynamic, fast-paced team within Personal Banking, you will gain exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your leadership skills, confident and proactive approach, and exceptional administrative and time management skills.

What role will you play?

Your responsibilities will include leading and coordinating a team of Executive and Team Assistants across Personal Banking, providing hands on administrative support for a small number of Executive Directors, including calendar and email management, expense processing and organising business travel using Concur. You will manage a wide variety of systems approvals and the maintenance of communication channel distribution lists and SharePoint groups.

You will collaborate with other Executive Assistants and executives across multiple teams and take a lead role to support our success. You will have the opportunity to spearhead ad-hoc projects, including event planning and team engagement. Additionally, you will provide operational support in creating and formatting documents such as papers, letters, and presentations.
What you offer

Extensive experience in working with C-suite executives and leading a team.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and to proactively anticipate the needs of the Directors that you support.
Excellent attention to detail, problem solving, multi-tasking, discretion, and flexibility.
Ability to pick up concepts and processes quickly and support changes that occur at a fast pace.
Technology Savvy; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
