Experience:
· 1 or more years of administrative experience (required)
· Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, & PDFs (required)
· Experience with QuickBooks Online (preferred)
Work Authorization: Canada (Required)
Responsibilities:
· Host virtual meetings and prepare meeting minutes
· Assist with miscellaneous paperwork, digital filing, and organizing
· Prepare orders for office supplies
· Perform simple bank reconciliations
· Perform basic bookkeeping functions
· Other miscellaneous administrative functions
