Position(Designation): Executive Assistant & Senior Marketing Officer
Location: Head Office, Mumbai

Qualification & Experience
• Qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate
• Candidate having prior 2-3 years of experience
Key Deliverables of the Role
• Travel:
• Should be able to prepare and follow up on travel itineraries
• Coordination for travel, accommodation and visa formalities.
• Tie-ups with the guest houses & hotels and travel vendors
• Ensuring cost booking as per timelines for the above
• Administrative Support & Data base Management:
• Should be able to prepare schedules and manage calendars for CXOs.
• Should be apt at inter departmental coordination
• Coordinating and organizing meetings Internal & External Stakeholder & Vendors and interpreting & tracking MOMs.
• Coordinate engagement activities
• Maintaining physical copy and soft copy of documents systematically
• Artwork Management and Brand Support:
• Securing approval from all stakeholders to execute artwork changes and finally releasing the artworks to the concerned department within the timeframes
• Providing Online processes support like IT Ticket creation for system errors , ASP portal, Vendor Creation, Payments etc
• Ensuring all the necessary system access are available to the team
• Tracking of stock availability and ordering the same
• Packaging related artworks
• Vendor Co-ordination –for contracts and other co-ordination
• Coordination with internal teams for invoice processing payments etc.
• Undertaking any other projects as required by the Team.

• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work in demanding conditions and remain calm
• Approachable, pleasing disposition and desire to serve
• Highly trustworthy and reliable
• Must be a multi-tasker, who can take on several personal tasks at a time
• Ability to effectively deliver in short turnaround times
• Can perform optimally under demanding conditions
