Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Part-Time Operations & Outreach Coordinator to support a national youth sports organization. This role focuses on outreach, lead tracking, follow-ups, and administrative coordination using clear scripts and processes to support team growth, tournaments, and player recruitment.
This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy or sales-closing position. The ideal candidate will have high Level Social Media knowledge, understand outreach via Social Media at a high level, is detail-oriented, consistent, and comfortable managing outreach and follow-up workflows while keeping systems organized.
Duties
Support outreach efforts to coaches, teams, and players via social media, email, and phone using approved scripts
Track leads, follow-ups, and conversations in Google Sheets or similar tools
Post approved messages in relevant Facebook groups and online boards
Schedule calls and appointments with internal staff and prospects
Assist with coordination for tournaments, team recruiting, and events
Maintain organized records, documents, and contact databases
Manage routine administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence
Communicate professionally with coaches, vendors, and partners
(This role does not include sales closing, pricing discussions, bookkeeping, or travel planning.)
Qualifications
Experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or operations coordination
Strong Social Media outreach skills and high level knowledge of Social Media channel engagement techniques as well as knowledge of follower growth strategies, etc
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with outreach and follow-up work (social media, email, or phone)
Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and basic office tools
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and reliability
Ability to work independently from checklists and instructions
Nice to have (not required):
Experience supporting youth travel ball sports, events, or membership-based organizations
EXPERT with viral social media content creation that drives engagement, follower counts, etc (X, Facebook, Instagram, etc)
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Suwanee, GA 30024
