Prestigious professional services firm in the South Bay is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join their team.
The EA will support a busy Executive with administrative needs, including:
• Managing heavy calendars and coordinating meetings/calls across time zones
• Scheduling conferences and off-sites, arranging logistics as needed
• Booking domestic and international travel and compiling detailed itineraries
• Processing and submitting expense reports via Concur
• Screening incoming calls and communicating with clients and guests on behalf of the executive
• Preparing, editing, and distributing documents utilizing MS Office
• Composing professional correspondence
• Supporting special projects as needed
The Executive Assistant will receive a competitive base salary up to $125k, plus discretionary bonus and excellent benefits. The firm is working a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).
