Fully conversant with all Microsoft packages, inc. PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel

Fully conversant with GDPR regulations

A good standard of education, preferably at degree level however as min. to A level standard

Able to touch type with RSA Typing Skills Stage III (advanced) qualification with distinction, or equivalent.

Extensive successful experience of working in a senior support role within a corporate environment.

Excellent IT skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

Excellent knowledge using collaboration platforms such as TEAMS, Sharepoint, etc.

Great interpersonal and communication skills

Desirable

Paralegal knowledge

Experience of supporting the CEO / Managing Director of a large organisation.

Previous experience within the Construction industry

Organise and manage the Managing Directors inbox and diary, ensuring prioritisation of tasks and appointments according to urgency, importance, and relevance.

Co-ordinate the Managing Directors daily correspondence and communication.

Make all travel and accommodation arrangements, when necessary, including all elements of international travel.

Operate as the key contact between the Managing Directors, other directors, senior managers and senior staff, acting as a gatekeeper where appropriate.

Manage internal/external communications and arrangements on behalf of the Managing Directors, including communication with other international business units within the group.

Arrange external and internal meetings, as required, including logistical support such as catering and room bookings.

Meet and greet key clients and senior members of business partners.

Organise and collate paperwork for board and management meetings, including agendas, note-taking, and following up on action points.

Organise and service UK Branch and senior management meetings.

Ensure the offices are always presented in a professional manner.

Seek ways of streamlining processes and making efficiencies.

Fully conversant with Microsoft Office packages and competent in IT activities.

Prepare presentations using PowerPoint and other media.

Provide routine and ad hoc management information and reports.

Prepare and review documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, formatting and/or technical accuracy, including a preliminary review of documents requiring signature such as contracts, expenses, and timesheets.

Create and maintain paper and computer-based filing systems.

Conduct financial duties, for example, processing invoices and expenses

Always uphold confidentiality and respect sensitivities.

Other tasks as assigned by the Senior Managers.
