Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements balancing efficiency, policy requirements and Executive CRRO preferences to ensure smooth travel.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain confidential records and files.
Act as a key liaison between the Executive CRRO and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate events, conferences, and functions.
Provide general administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
Extensive experience in Administration at Executive level.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior level.
Collaborative, forward thinking, proactive, with outstanding attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail is essential for this role.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.
Proficient in Microsoft applications i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc
