About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high quality, timely one-to-one executive support to the Te Waipounamu Regional Director, NPHS, including dealing with matters of a highly confidential and sensitive nature. You will support with wider coordination work across the directorate, which will include management of shared team inboxes. The role will also support the Manager Planning, Policy and Performance which sits within the Strategy and Operations team.

About you
As an experienced Executive Assistant, you will enjoy solving complex problems, are motivated by top-notch performance, and are someone that excels in a behind-the-scenes supporting role. To be successful you must be able to work at a fast-pace, juggle changing priorities, work across teams and be someone that naturally enjoys an environment and role that is constantly changing.
Extensive experience in an Executive Assistant role providing support to a senior executive and their team
Needs to draw on extensive administrative experience typically supported with professional qualifications –– 10 - 15 years
Extensive administration and coordination experience
With the support of Health NZ, you will proactively take care of your own health and safety, to ensure a safe and supportive work environment
