Tasman Capital seeks a skilled Executive Assistant to provide temporary administrative support to our team of investment professionals. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Email Management: Handle email correspondence, respond to queries, and maintain accurate records
Scheduling: Manage and coordinate diaries and travel arrangements for the team
Presentations: Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Data Analysis: Assist with ad-hoc research and data analysis as needed
