Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to work closely with the CEO and leadership team. We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will act as a strategic partner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective time management for the CEO.
As a core support to the leadership team, the candidate will handle communication, coordination, and administrative functions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
The ideal candidate is smart, resourceful, and possesses excellent communication skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and MOMs
Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Draft emails, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
Track key deliverables, follow-ups, and deadlines across teams
Assist in business communications and stakeholder management
Organize company events, leadership meetings, and town halls
Maintain documentation, records, and MIS reports
Support the CEO in strategic initiatives and special projects
Candidate Profile:
Required Qualifications
2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Coordination role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Smart, presentable, and proactive personality
Desired Qualifications
Experience working with senior leadership or CXO-level executives
Exposure to business operations or project coordination
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
Experience in preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards
Work Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years
Educational Background:
Graduation in any stream/Management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
