Roles and Responsibility
• Complete broad variety of administrative tasks including managing active calendar of meetings
• Plan, co-ordinate and ensure CEO’s schedule is managed efficiently including travel
• Participates as a member in the review meetings and helps draft minutes and follows up on
action items with respective stakeholders
• Collates data and prepares reports as per the CEO’s requirements
• Makes presentations to assist the CEO in meetings
Skills
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as an EA
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MSOffice, particularly in Teams, Excel, PPT & Outlook
• Positive attitude and ability to work across teams within tight deadlines
Education qualification:
• Graduation is a must
• Additional certifications will be an advantage
