Job Overview:

The EA will support the Founder/CEO in managing the day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and special projects. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for [NGO’s mission]. The ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

- Manage the Founder/CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, materials, and minutes.

- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the Founder/CEO.

2. Project Management:

- Assist in planning and executing strategic initiatives and special projects.

- Track progress and ensure timely completion of projects.

- Coordinate with various departments to gather information and provide updates to the Founder/CEO.

3. Research and Analysis:

- Conduct research on topics relevant to the NGO’s mission, new opportunities, and potential partnerships.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings based on research findings.

- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

4. Communication:

- Draft and proofread communications, including speeches, articles, and reports.

- Assist in the preparation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

- Maintain effective communication channels within the organization and with external partners.

5. Relationship Management:

- Liaise with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and board members.

- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and conferences.

- Foster and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.

6. Operational Support:

- Monitor and follow up on the implementation of action items from meetings.

- Support the Founder/CEO in fundraising activities and donor management.

- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field such as Non-Profit Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, etc.].

- 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the non-profit sector.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

- Passion for the NGO’s mission and commitment to making a positive impact.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in project management and strategic planning.

- Knowledge of specific areas relevant to the NGO’s work, e.g., education, healthcare, environmental issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
