Job Description
Age - Up to 35 years
Male candidate Preferred
Experience – Min.1-2 years of experience as an EA or similar role.
Location – C.G. Road, Ahmedabad
Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the MD’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel plans
Draft, review, and manage professional emails, letters, reports, and other documents
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Act as a bridge between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items
Assist in business communication, proposal creation, and client documentation
Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations as per MD's directives
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office management support
Conduct basic research and provide insights or summaries when required
Ensure smooth execution of tasks assigned by the MD in a timely manner.
Additional Notes:
Must be fluent in spoken and written English with excellent drafting skills
Should be organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking
Prior experience supporting leadership/executive roles is preferred
Timings – 10:30 am to 7 PM
Working days – 6 Days – Monday to Saturday
Salary Criteria – 25,000 to 30,000 PM + Overtime (If applicable) – Depending on the Interview
Kindly Note:
We are primarily engaged in organizing corporate expo events, managing around 3 to 4 major expos annually. During the event period, the workload increases, and the selected candidate should be prepared for extended working hours (overtime) for approximately 15–20 days.
Additionally, during the 3 to 5 days of the expo, the candidate must be available on-site at the event location, which may include Gandhinagar, Chandigarh, or Bangalore.
All travel, accommodation, and meal expenses will be fully covered by the company.
