The Other Key Responsibilities Will Include
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for supporting the CEO in managing the executive function and help track all the projects, initiatives decisions, sales leads and actions to be determined and pursued.
• Providing strategic and analytical assistance to CEO Founder in corporate strategy
• Formulating action plans for developing, implementing and monitoring new business strategies/initiatives for the organisation
• Working with a defined set of functions and businesses and assisting them in developing an annual road map with the consensus of the CEO
• Drafting strategic reports and presentations for CEO - market research, competitor analysis and internal papers
• Analyzing deals and making presentations
• Giving presentations to internal stakeholders, clients, and in industry forums
• Providing strategic insight to various parts of the business, aimed either at unlocking a future avenue of growth, or solving a key business problem
• Preparing corporate updates on performance highlights and upcoming projects
Candidate Profile
• 4 to 7 years of experience in management consulting/ strategy/ business intelligence
• Prior experience as an EA is desired but not mandatory
• B.E/B.Tech with MBA (tier 1 b-school) is preferred
• Strong business acumen - should understand the key financial drivers and dynamics related to growth and revenue goals of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Strong follow-up, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to connect the dots to identify opportunities and convince the CEO
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• Exceptional analytical skills and project management skills
• Proactive and disciplined go-getter who can drive results
