Job Description
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Maintain confidential documents and ensure proper filing and record-keeping.
2. Communication & Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft professional emails, memos, and communications.
Manage incoming calls, messages, and handle queries promptly.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth workflow.
3. Operational Support
Monitor ongoing tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials for meetings.
Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and report submissions.
Handle vendor coordination, procurement, and office management tasks when required.
4. Meeting & Travel Management
Arrange travel, accommodation, logistics, and reimbursements.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actionable items.
5. Confidentiality & Professionalism
Maintain utmost discretion and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and proactive problem-solving.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business Administration preferred).
2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
High level of integrity and discretion.

Pay: ₹45,581.74 - ₹80,064.14 per month
