Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize and respond appropriately
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and action items
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with integrity
Support executives in decision-making by organizing data and tracking tasks
Liaise with departments to ensure timely execution of executive directives
Assist in organizing events, board meetings, and leadership reviews
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Preferred Attributes
Experience supporting senior leadership or CXO-level executives
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to anticipate executive needs and take initiative
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
