Prepare briefing notes, talking points, research, and meeting prep materials.
Reconcile credit cards and manage executive expenses.
Handle confidential information with exceptional discretion and professionalism.

Draft polished internal and external communications, presentations, and reports.
Manage document flow and signature processes, including liaison with legal counsel.
Maintain organized, intuitive digital and physical filing systems.

Coordinate meetings, events, and special functions (catering, materials, technology, venues).
Build positive relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Assist with proposals, marketing content, and presentations.
Keep databases and contact lists updated and accurate.
Support HR with Company Events and Engagement Initiative
Culture, Rhythm & Special Projects
Be a culture champion by creating a warm, welcoming environment for employees and guests.
Support CEO‑led initiatives, special projects, and company‑wide events.

You have a direct impact on the culture, rhythm, and effectiveness of the entire organization.
You work with leaders who value kindness, collaboration, and authenticity.
Your contributions are visible, meaningful, and deeply appreciated.
You join a company with strong roots, strong values, and a strong future.
