Comprehensive Calendar Management: Handle heavy scheduling and coordination for the CEO, prioritizing and adjusting as needed
Executive Travel Coordination: Arrange complex travel itineraries and accommodations for C-suite members, ensuring seamless logistics
Expense Reporting: Manage expense reports with precision and timeliness
Board Preparation: Assist with the preparation of board books, presentations, and corporate records, as well as logistics for board meetings
Personal Assistance: Provide hands-on support with personal tasks, including shopping and other assisting duties, ensuring executives can stay focused on their responsibilities
Administrative Support: Prepare written communications and planning documents, execute light accounting and department budgeting tasks
Flexible, Proactive Leadership Support: Adapt to changing priorities and provide broad support

This role is ideal for someone skilled in high-level support, complex calendar and travel management, and board preparation, who is also comfortable with a variety of personal assisting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
• Comprehensive Calendar Management: Handle heavy scheduling and coordination for the CEO, prioritizing and adjusting as needed.
• Executive Travel Coordination: Arrange complex travel itineraries and accommodations for C-suite members, ensuring seamless logistics.
