On behalf of our client, we are looking for an Executive/Strategic Assistant to perform a variety of operational and administrative tasks and support the Co-founder.Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include collaborating with multiple Indian and international stakeholders, managing projects,meetings, strategies, etc. To be successful in this role, you should be smart, assertive, well-organized, possess excellent communication skills, adept at documentation and presentation, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our clients business by providing personalized and timely support to the Co-Founder and the management.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact among different stakeholders, employees, clients and other external partners
Work closely with the Co-Founder on strategic & operational initiatives and monitoring compliance requirements.
Keep a track of internal and external communication – emails, presentations, reports, data etc
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage Co-Founders calendar and set up meetings accordingly
Oversee travel and accommodation arrangements
Track expenses and prepare monthly or quarterly reports as and when required
Take minutes during meetings and monitor on deliverables
Follow up and check status of the project on behalf of the co-founder
Assist the Founders with the content creation in presentations/ documentation etc. and various business analysis and decisions, as and when needed
Required Skill Set:
1 to 5 years of work experience in a challenging role or as a Strategic partner, Project/Executive Assistant.
Excellent MS Office knowledge, advanced knowledge of powerpoint is highly desirable
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g.e-calendars, Slack, Asana)
Willingness to learn and take up new challenging assignments
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Experience in managing international stakeholders (European/US region preferably) is mandatory
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality in duty
Should be an extrovert, well-groomed and presentable at work
Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
