Looking for an EA cum Office Coordinator.
The person will be responsible for coordinating between the MD and other teams. In MD's absence, a person will be responsible for taking decision, with represent MD.
Should have knowledge in ERP, MS Word, Excel, and Chat GPT.
Should have experience in paper work, documentation.
Should be good in coordination, taking calls.
Manage google calendar.
Manage MD's schedule, flight, hotel bookings.
Should be very good in communication.
Female candidates are preferred
