Executive Support & Coordination
Act as a point of contact and coordinate with the Director, Merchandising, and Purchase teams for cross-collaboration.
Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and calls efficiently.
Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Administrative & Office Support
Manage petty cash, reimbursements, and small office expenses.
Oversee travel desk functions including bookings, itineraries, and related arrangements.
Support employee onboarding activities in coordination with HR.
Handle visitor management and ensure smooth office interactions.
Documentation & Record Management
Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical) for confidential and business-related documents.
Prepare reports, MOMs, presentations, and other business correspondence as required.
Event & Meeting Support
Assist in planning internal meetings, reviews, and external events.
Ensure logistical arrangements (venue, material, catering, etc.) are in place for smooth execution.
General EA Duties
Handle ad-hoc tasks, follow-ups, and special assignments as directed by the Director.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
