About the Role:
The Business Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of both company projects and the Managing Director's personal initiatives. This dual-responsibility role is ideal for someone who can balance technical expertise with strong organizational and management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong business management skills
- Ability to handle dual responsibilities
- Handle communication, prepare documents for meetings, and ensure that the directors' day runs smoothly. Can include outdoor responsibilities as needed.
- Coordinate facility maintenance activity with the factory.
- Handle license renewals and oversee civil-related matters for the factory.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in engineering (mechanical preferred)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Other Requirements:
-Preferably in age group of 28-40 years.
- Communicate effectively in English, ensuring professional and timely correspondence.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
