About the role
This is a unique opportunity to provide executive-level support to the General Manager of Infrastructure & Amenity within a dynamic, politically aware, and multi-faceted organisation. The role offers exposure to complex business operations and the chance to work closely with senior leaders, driving efficiency and excellence across the division and organisation.
You’ll manage day-to-day activities with autonomy and collaborate with Executives and EAs. Working in a fast-paced, complex and highly visible environment, you will act as a trusted partner and “gatekeeper” to senior leadership anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and ensuring seamless coordination across the organisation.
From time to time, the position may be required to support more than one General Manager and/or the Office of the CEO as the need arises.

About you
You’re a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant with extensive experience supporting senior leaders in complex, fast paced environments. Known for your discretion, sound judgement and political awareness, you build strong, trusted relationships and navigate sensitive matters with confidence and professionalism. You bring exceptional organisational skills and a calm, solutions focused approach, enabling you to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and keep executive offices running seamlessly.
Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy, you take ownership of outcomes while maintaining a strong service mindset. You thrive on collaboration, working effectively with Executives, peers, and stakeholders at all levels, and enjoy contributing to broader organisational success.

What your experience might look like
Extensive experience in supporting senior executive level positions with the ability to anticipate support needs and multi-task within a fast-paced, high volume and multi-faceted business environment.
Strong business acumen with a sound understanding of business priorities and the ability to pro-actively contribute to deliver outcomes with high level of professionalism and judgment.
High level communication skills with the ability to communicate and liaise confidently and sensitively at all levels of the business.
Highly developed customer service skills and demonstrated ability to be professional, diplomatic, assertive, discrete, courteous and maintain confidentiality.
A strong pro-active approach applying initiative to independently manage workflow and apply sound judgment in making decisions with limited direction.
