As Executive Assistant, you will assist Management and Senior Leaders when required to ensure smooth and efficient day to day coordination, to support the team in achieving business goals and successful business operations.

Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to join them on a temporary base (as soon as possible!) to bring their skills and expertise to support their business.

Description

Manage the General Manager's calendar, correspondence, and emails, ensuring smooth operations and flexibility in their schedule.

Screen incoming calls for the General Manager, ensuring efficient management of communication.

Ensure that all tasks and projects are completed in a timely manner, meeting high-quality standards.

Assist in organising meetings, creating agendas, and taking minutes. Follow up clearly on action items to ensure completion.

Create engaging and professional presentations for meetings as required.

Collect and verify weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, gathering input from the leadership team.

Distribute reports across departments on a regular basis to provide updates on the function's strategy and performance.

Keep the General Manager informed about feedback and the progress of various business reports.

Maintain and update systems, processes, and records as necessary.

Coordinate and ensure the successful delivery of staff training and functional programs when needed.

Profile

Previous experience in an Executive Assistant position

Actively contributes to fostering a motivating and positive work environment

Friendly and approachable with a warm demeanor

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong at building and nurturing relationships, both internally and externally

Highly adaptable, flexible, and accommodating

Dedicated to creating meaningful and memorable experiences for others
