About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our General Manager – Technology and General Manager - Digital.
This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage competing priorities with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day executive support including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
Manage communication and correspondence, acting as a liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for leadership meetings and technology related initiatives
Support project coordination and follow-up on key action items across the Technology division
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
Assist in organizing team events, town halls, and leadership offsites
Contribute to the smooth functioning of the GM’s office by anticipating needs and providing solutions
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a technology or retail environment
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and modern collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, Trello)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
A high level of discretion, tact, and professionalism
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
Experience working with senior executives or in agile tech environments is a plus
