Designation: Executive Assistant to Director
Location: - Mumbai (Lower Parel)

Responsibilities:
• To supporting day-to-day operational work & administrative tasks of the Managing Director.
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents for the Teams.
• Collecting data and preparing presentations.
• To build an open – communication environment for your team.
• Assisting in proposal drafting.
• Suggest and implement improvement in the sales administration process.
• Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, interfacing with clients.
• Arranging meetings and making presentation for meetings, noting down minutes of meetings.
• To circulate and follow up on the minutes of meeting for updates and closures.
• Coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
• Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Advance MS-office Skills (Excel, Word-Doc, PPT)
• Strong Analysis & Rationalizing skills.
• Creative Writing with Excellent Present skills
• Quick Grasping and Learning skills
• Maintain a high degree of competence
