Full job description
Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Manage and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, letters), ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Prepare reports, presentations, briefing materials, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
Handle the social media page & work closely on employer branding.
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
Maintain confidential records and files, ensuring discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
Serve as a liaison between the Directors Office and internal departments, stakeholders, and external partners.
Track and manage key projects, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely execution.
Provide support for board meetings, including materials preparation and logistics.
Support in travel management and visa processing.
Should be willing to travel across all manufacturing facilities for establishing coordination and ensuring systems in place during important events.
Capable of referring to AI tools with ease.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
