Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily schedule and calendar of the Director, including meeting coordination and reminders.
Handle travel arrangements including ticket booking, accommodation, and itineraries.
Maintain confidential files and records systematically.
Follow up on pending tasks delegations given by Management with internal teams and third parties.
Support in personal tasks and administrative work as assigned.
Preferred for candidates from manufacturing companies: Assist in operational follow-ups with manufacturing departments to ensure smooth coordination.
Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email drafting. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
Qualification: Any Graduate, preferably with EA/PA certification.
Experience: 1–3 years as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
Preferred: Experience in supporting senior management and handling travel, calendar, and communication management. Manufacturing Industry
